Scandal of 2012
In the spring of 2012, Anna Mongite was in the center of the scandal. On the air of the program “Muses. Headwash” in the company of co-lead Olga Shakina and the director openly mocked people with disabilities, including renowned physicist Stephen Hawking. Despite the request of users of the Internet community and the official petition sent to the management of the TV channel Rain, declined to comment on the situation [5].
